To reserve a seminar room session at Information Commons, please click this link and follow the instructions:

Please log in personal account. The initial account name and password are both school number of reader’s campus card. Please log in to revise it timely. There are 3 options for available seminar room.

Choose the seminar room and session time accordingly.

Click "同意" to continue the reservation process.

Select the subject for the reservation.

Form the seminar group members.

Select the starting and ending time.

Fill in your perpose of usage.

Submit your reservation.
